Information our apps use
Depending on their features, our apps may ask for access to information such as contacts, photos, calendars, or location. Personal content you choose to use with an app is processed only to provide the features you request. We do not collect this content in our analytics or use it for advertising or tracking.
We may collect limited app-interaction statistics and crash diagnostics solely to understand how our apps perform and improve them. This may include app and build information, platform information, event times, temporary session identifiers, and broad feature or purchase outcomes. It does not include personal content you access or create in our apps. We retain this analytics data for no longer than six months.
iCloud
Some of our apps may use iCloud to sync data across your devices. Whether iCloud is used depends on the app and the features you enable.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple and may be managed with service providers such as RevenueCat. We and these providers may receive purchase and entitlement status to provide paid features and understand purchase outcomes. This information is not used to track you across apps or websites.
Support
Your email address and the information you submit through our support form are used only to respond to requests you initiate. We don't send promotional emails or share your email address for marketing.
Information usage
We use the limited information we collect only to operate and improve our website, apps, purchases, and customer support. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
We share information with service providers only when necessary to operate these services. We require those providers to protect it consistently with this policy.
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights or property.
If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, information maintained under this policy may be transferred subject to the same protections.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Analytics and crash data is retained for no longer than six months. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond and meet any legal obligations. Apple and our purchase service providers retain transaction records according to their own policies.
Information stored by an app on your device remains there until you delete it or remove the app. Information stored in your private iCloud account remains there until you remove it through the app, your device, or your iCloud settings.
You can revoke an app's access to protected information in your device's Settings. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information we hold, contact us through our support page.
