Privacy PolicyTerms of UseContact support

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted via this website or any of our apps.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Information our apps use

Depending on their features, our apps may ask for access to information such as contacts, photos, calendars, or location. Personal content you choose to use with an app is processed only to provide the features you request. We do not collect this content in our analytics or use it for advertising or tracking.

We may collect limited app-interaction statistics and crash diagnostics solely to understand how our apps perform and improve them. This may include app and build information, platform information, event times, temporary session identifiers, and broad feature or purchase outcomes. It does not include personal content you access or create in our apps. We retain this analytics data for no longer than six months.

iCloud

Some of our apps may use iCloud to sync data across your devices. Whether iCloud is used depends on the app and the features you enable.

Apple Health and workout tracking in Dayvana

If you choose to connect a habit to Apple Health, Dayvana asks for permission to read your workouts. It uses the workout type, start and end times, duration, and available indoor/outdoor or swimming-location details to match workouts to the habits you select and calculate their progress. Workout identifiers help prevent the same workout from being counted twice for a habit. Dayvana does not request access to heart rate, workout routes, calories, or other health samples, and it does not add, change, or delete information in Apple Health.

Imported workout records and the habit progress calculated from them are stored on your device and can be used by Dayvana’s widgets on that device. Dayvana does not automatically upload these records or contributions to our servers, analytics services, purchase providers, or its iCloud habit store. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or tracking. Dayvana excludes its imported workout records from device backups. Apple may synchronize your Health data separately according to your Apple Health settings.

Your habit settings, including the workout type and filters you choose, and entries you log manually may synchronize through your private iCloud account. If you choose to share a progress image, that image may include progress calculated from workouts and will be shared through the app or service you select.

You can use Dayvana without granting Apple Health access and can revoke that access in the Health app at any time. To remove automatic workout progress from a habit, disconnect workout tracking in the habit’s settings and save. Its imported contributions disappear from the habit, and Dayvana removes the associated cached records during its next successful refresh. Manual entries remain. Deleting Dayvana removes its local imported records; disconnecting a habit or deleting Dayvana does not delete the original workouts in Apple Health. If you reconnect a habit, Dayvana may import matching workouts again from your selected tracking start date, subject to your Health permissions.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple and may be managed with service providers such as RevenueCat. We and these providers may receive purchase and entitlement status to provide paid features and understand purchase outcomes. These providers keep track of your purchases with an anonymous purchase ID that is not tied to your name or email address. This information is not used to track you across apps or websites.

Support

Your email address and the information you submit through our support form are used only to respond to requests you initiate. We don't send promotional emails or share your email address for marketing.

When you email us from inside one of our apps, the message is pre-filled with technical details that help us answer: app and system versions, device model, language, region, and time zone settings, permission status, relevant app settings, your purchase and subscription status, and your anonymous purchase ID so we can look up your purchases. These details never include personal content such as your events, contacts, or photos. You can review, change, or remove them before you send the message, and we use them only to respond to it.

Website statistics

We count views of app pages and clicks on App Store badges to understand whether our website is useful. These events contain only the app, website language, page path, event time, and badge placement where applicable. They do not include query strings, contact details, IP addresses, or user or session identifiers. We do not set analytics cookies or use browser storage for this measurement, and we honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

App Store links include a shared website campaign label so Apple can report aggregate campaign results separately. We do not use it to identify individual visitors or link their browsing to an installation. Hosting providers may process ordinary request logs separately to deliver and secure the website.

Information usage

We use the limited information we collect only to operate and improve our website, apps, purchases, and customer support. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We share information with service providers only when necessary to operate these services. We require those providers to protect it consistently with this policy.

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights or property.

If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, information maintained under this policy may be transferred subject to the same protections.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Analytics and crash data is retained for no longer than six months. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond and meet any legal obligations. Apple and our purchase service providers retain transaction records according to their own policies.

Information stored by an app on your device remains there until you delete it or remove the app. Information stored in your private iCloud account remains there until you remove it through the app, your device, or your iCloud settings.

You can revoke an app's access to protected information in your device's Settings. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of information we hold, contact us through our support page.
